To secure your booking, you will be required to pay the deposit (50%) within 7 days of receiving your invoice. The outstanding amount is due a week before arrival.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 month before arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit.

If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks (and less than 1 month) before arrival, we will refund 25% of the deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before arrival, we will not refund your deposit.

Yes, pensioners who wish to camp will get a 30% discount. However, this discount is only valid during school terms.
